Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By purchasing a gift card, the buyer becomes its user. Purchasing the gift card confirms that the buyer has read these terms, agrees to them, and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Where to Purchase
   The gift card can be purchased:

   • On the website www.maisondor.lv

   • At our office: Latgales Street 322

3. Denominations
   Gift cards are available in the following denominations: €50, €100, €150, €200, €300, €500.

4. Using the Gift Card for Purchases

   • At the office: by presenting the card to the seller.

   • On the website: by entering the gift card number in the order notes.

5. Combining with Other Payments
   If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be paid with cash or a bank card. On the website, the excess amount is paid via invoice.

6. Balance Refund
   If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

7. Gift Card Information
   The card must indicate: gift card number, value, and expiration date.

8. Single Use Limitation
   The gift card must be used for a single purchase.

9. Validity Period
   The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

10. Responsibility for Safekeeping
    The card user is responsible for its safekeeping. Lost cards are not replaced.

11. Transfer of Ownership
    A person who has received the gift card becomes its user and confirms that they have read these terms, agree to them, and undertake to comply with them.
